3rd St

This is a modern build utilizing timber frame engineering. All joinery was accomplished with mortised steel brackets and drift pins. We did all the board form that pre set our siding elevations.

Wild Flower Ranch

We got to show off our beam work and timber knowledge on this fun project. Also the last photo might be the largest cricket in Boulder County.

Saratoga

3 heavy timber outdoor living spaces were added to this home, along with a garage additon.

Ouray

This was one of our first builds together years ago.

University

This fun build was a traditional frame that utilized trusses and TGI rafters.

Pine Tree

Yes we do have the entire main level on temp walls. Booming a new steel ridge to vault the main living space ceiling was tricky but rewarding!

Wagon Wheel

This was one of the bigger siding jobs we've taken on. The house being on a sloped hill posed a bit of a challenge but nothing that we could not handle.

Carter Lake

Here we turned a small single family home into a large family home that is perfect for entertaining.

Ottawa Pl

This was a quick addition, window change and siding re-vamp.

Utica St

There is now plenty of natural light flowing into this kitchen with the addition on the front of the house. Also the kitchen was extended in the back, giving an old space a new touch.

20th St

This addition doubled the square footage of her home and provided her with a brand-new view of the foothills.

Quince

After a heavy timber addition to the entry and steel inside to open up the main level of this home it has a whole new feel to it.
